Well, there are different ways to go about this.

Once you do, you can create content assets related to the challenges they’re facing or solutions they’re looking for.

Second, you can leverage SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc.

This will help you to perform competitor analysis or keyword research using the main keywords for your industry.

Third, you can use “Google” to uncover keywords your audience is most likely interested in.
